In the amazing world of jet propulsion, powerful jet engines attached to the fuselage or main wing of the airplane, suck in ambient air and eject out the engine’s exhaust the ferociously amped up air mass. This system of propulsion exemplifies a continuous process of airflow that applies the fundamental principle that Nature abhors a vacuum (Naturo abhor vacuo).in simplified terms, this principle expresses the observation as to the behavior of gases that whenever unequal pressure develops within a mass of air, ambient air will try to equalize the affected pressure imbalance. The jet engine located within a closed length of the engine structure, is ignited and large fans spinning at high speeds create a continuous pressure differential where the spinning fan sucks in air in front of the engine to try and equalize pressure within the motor, ramps up the speed of the airflow and forcefully ejects this excited mass of air through the engine’s exhaust at high speed. This forceful exhaust creates a pressure differential at the exhaust exit which ambient air at the motor structure’s rear, rushes toward the imbalance to equalize pressure, effectively pushing the fuselage forward to fly the plane. Thus, ambient air in front of the engines rushes into the engine to supply air that is ramped up by energized rotation and is forcefully exhausted to suck in ambient air which pushes the fuselage forward !! It is this enclosed structure of continuous airflow to remove continuously created partial vacuums, that accounts for jet-propelled flight by energized air masses !
